Our delicious fruit gelées (pate de fruit) are prepared with the finest and freshest fruits and purees. A gentle cooking process and the use of natural apple pectin and lemons gives them their delicate texture. Slightly dipped in sugar -but never too sweet, this makes a perfect little treat at tea time or for dessert after dinner!
