A patisserie or café is to us as pastry chefs like an art gallery is to an artist.

In April 2005 our dream came true when we opened our Patisserie-Chocolate and Café, beautifully located on Harbourside Drive here on the North Shore of Vancouver.  Our second retail location opened in the Kitsilano neighbourhood in October 2009.

Our Patisserie offers everything from a wide variety of Desserts, Sandwiches, and Breakfast Pastries to our award-winning selection of handmade chocolates and confections. On our Café you can sit and enjoy award-winning lattes and espressos while you peek through the portholes and see our chocolatiers and pastry chefs at work.
