First, we search for the finest beans, then we evaluate its flavour,depth, richness, acidity and bitterness. From there, we create! In our case, chocolate is choosen based on our expectations of quality, finesse and flavour profile. Pure 100% cocoa made from criollo beans is then carefully blended with just the right amount of sweetness.
