COVID-19 Precaution Update

Dear Customers,

Both stores as of Tuesday, March 24^th will be TAKEOUT ONLY.

Store hours will be 9 am – 4 pm.

In accordance with the government and health officials, we will be taking the following precautions and recommendations:

-      - Social distancing inside and outside the cafés.

o  Only 3 customers are allowed inside at any one time.

o  Customers must stand 2 meters apart while waiting both inside (this is marked on the floor with green tape) and outside the cafés.

-      - We continue to disinfect surfaces regularly. 

-     - We advise you to pre-order online for pick up the next day. Pre-orders can be made before 3pm for the following business day.  

-   

W  We are operating with a very limited number of staff due to social distancing rules both in the café and behind the scenes. This means: 

       - Same day orders are no longer available. Orders will be taken in store only, on a first come, first serve basis. 

       - We are unable to provide curbside delivery to your car.

O   We ask for your patience during this pandemic. Please line up to pick up your pre-paid order. By-passing the line for pre-paid orders is not available.This is to ensure social distancing and a maximum of 3 customers in the store at any one time. 

ile  While we implement the precautionary measures, we are also trying to curb unnecessary anxieties. We will continue to do so by adapting and adjusting these measures and continuously update according to the advice of our government and health officials.
