Our delicious fruit gelées (pâte de fruit) are prepared with the finest and freshest fruits and purees. A gentle cooking process and the use of natural apple pectin and lemons gives them their delicate texture. Slightly dipped in sugar but never too sweet, they make a perfect little treat at tea time or dessert!
